The original DCR attachment with changes proposed to Table 2: Contact Resistance measurements in C&K Appendix A is deleted and replaced by the following additional changes:
Page 57, Table 2: amend tests 4 & 5, Rcl: Contact Resistance (Low Level Current) and Rcr: Contact Resistance (Rated Current), to each have an alternate limit for termination types FR136, FR136A and FR139 (with Rcl & Rcr limits both 25mohm maximum) plus add new notes 2 & 3 to Table 2 as follows:
"2. For all termination types except FR136, FR136A, FR139."
"3. For termination types FR136, FR136A, FR139. Measurement of Contact Resistance shall include all parts of the contact including the body and the wire."

Justification:
To take into account the increase in contact resistance resulting from the change to monobloc construction of the PCB contacts for termination types FR136, FR136A, FR139.
