Note: The Generic specification 3008 issue 4 has been converted to ESCC format so all internal references within these Detail specifications are not aligned with the Generic at this time. This will be rectified in due course when the range of 3008/xxx Detail specs are themselves converted.
Hence this DCR only impacts some specific technical contents of the Detail specification and retains the internal references to the previous ESCC 3008 issue 3.
For all 4 specifications 3008/034, /035, /036, /037:

Table 1(b) Soldering Temperature: amended to be +280C
Table 1(b) Note 2, Figure 2 Note 2, & Paras. 4.3.3, 4.3.4:'termination' is replaced by 'terminal' or is deleted (as appropriate; see mark-up for details)
Table 1b) Note 2, Figure 2 Note 1, Paras. 4.3.3, 4.4.1, Table 5(a) Note 1, Table 5(b) Note 1: 'case' is replaced or deleted (as appropriate; see mark-up for details)
Figure 2 is replaced plus a new Note 1 is added as follows:
"For both end tab terminals, only the end-faces are solder plated"
Para. 4.3.3 Solderability: test conditions changed to be:
• Test Ta, Method 2
• Temperature: +275 ±5°C
Para. 4.4.1 is deleted
Para. 4.4.2 is amended to cover all 3 terminals; to be as follows:
Terminal Material and Finish
The body terminal shall be silver plated brass. The end tab terminals' material shall be brass with each end face plated with Sn5Pb95.

For ESCC 3008/034 only, the following additional changes shall apply:
Remove the option for 10% Capacitance tolerance. The following changes apply:
• Table 1(a): delete 10% tolerance from table header.
• Para. 4.5.3: Change 10% K tolerance to 20% M
• Para. 4.5.3.2: remove 10% tolerance from table
