Modifications:

The Proposed Type 19 finish has been confirmed as a suitable finish w.r.t. to the similar finish Type 3 and ESCC T.W. now agrees with Comepa that the Detail Spec 3702/001 can be updated by simply changing the finish type in Para. 1.8.2 ( See 3702/001Draft 8B)
