The following additional changes/corrections to both the DCR attachment and
ESCC 9202/080 Issue 2 are required:
- DCR Attachment, Changes description section, Item 1, 'Case' Column:
Prefix the case code numbers with "M", i.e. MCGA-349 and MCGA-472.
- Para. 1.5, Maximum Ratings, Note 5: Replace the existing text with the
following
For Variants with a Land Grid Array case or a Multilayer Column Grid
Array case (LGA-349, LGA-472, LGA-625, AIN LGA-625, MCGA-349 & MCGA 472),
during reflow.
- DCR Attachment, Changes description section, Item 3: The two new Physical
Dimensions and Terminal Identification Subparagraphs shall be given the
following titles (i.e. replace the titles shown in the Changes description
section, Item 3)
1.7.9 Multilayer Column Grid Array (MCGA-349) - 349 Columns
1.7.10 Multilayer Column Grid Array (MCGA-472) - 472 Columns
- DCR Attachment, Changes description section,
Item 2: prefix "CGA/LGA" with "M", i.e. MCGA/LGA case instead of LGA case
(in the Soldering Temperature Characteristic of Maximum Ratings table).
