The original Proposed Wording of Change for this DCR shall be replaced by the following:
Add new Para 9.4.1.4 as follows:
9.4.1.4 Equivalent Series Resistance
The following details shall apply:
(a) Test Frequency : 100 ± 5kHz
(b) Measurement accuracy: within ±5% of the reading or ±3 mOhm, whichever is greater
(c) Magnitude of polarizing voltage: Unless otherwise specified in the Detail Specification, the maximum dc bias shall be 2.2V for all ac measurements. The magnitude of the ac voltage shall be limited to 0.5Vrms maximum.
Paras 9.3.2, 9.9.3, 9.13.8, 9.15.2, 9.16.4, 9.17.1(f), 9.17.2(f) - Add ESR reference to the text in each applicable sentence as follows:
